Arc Money Joins Purple Circle Lender Panel As A Purple Education Partner

Arc Money has joined Purple Circle’s lender panel and has been appointed a “Purple – Education Partner”, strengthening the aggregator’s support for brokers operating in the non-NCCP and private credit market.

The partnership will give Purple Circle brokers access to Arc Money’s suite of private credit solutions, while also delivering practical education designed to help brokers identify, structure and place non-NCCP scenarios.

The appointment follows Arc Money’s recent recruitment of seasoned private credit professional Tony Barbone as Head of Distribution, who will lead Arc’s broker distribution and education strategy.

Barbone brings extensive experience across private lending, funds management and secured commercial lending, and will work closely with Purple Circle to help brokers better understand where private credit fits alongside traditional and non-bank lending.

“I am excited to be rolling out Arc Money’s suite of private credit solutions to Purple Circle brokers who need help settling non-NCCP scenarios,” Barbone said.

“Private credit is becoming an increasingly important part of a broker’s toolkit. Our goal is not simply to provide another lender option, but to give brokers the knowledge and confidence to recognise when a scenario belongs in private credit and understand how to structure it effectively.”

As a Purple Education Partner, Arc Money will work with Purple Circle to deliver ongoing education and practical training to its broker network, with a particular focus on commercial, business-purpose and asset-backed lending scenarios.

Purple Circle Director Frank Paratore said the partnership reflected the aggregator’s commitment to giving brokers access to both a broad lender panel and the specialist knowledge required to use it effectively.

“We are pleased to welcome Arc Money to the Purple Circle lender panel and to have them join us as a Purple Education Partner,” Paratore said.

“Tony brings significant practical experience in private credit, and we are looking forward to working closely with him and the Arc Money team to deliver quality education to our broker network. As more brokers look to diversify into commercial and non-NCCP lending, having specialists who can help them understand the opportunities, risks and structuring considerations is incredibly valuable.”

Arc Money specialises in non-NCCP, business-purpose private credit, providing real estate-backed lending solutions for borrowers who may require greater speed, flexibility or a more commercial approach than traditional lending channels can provide.

Barbone said the partnership would focus heavily on helping brokers recognise private credit opportunities already sitting within their existing client base.

“There is a substantial opportunity for brokers in the non-NCCP market, but education is the bridge. When brokers understand what makes a strong private credit scenario, they can have better conversations with their clients and bring us scenarios that can actually get funded.”

The partnership will see Arc Money and Purple Circle collaborate on broker education initiatives, including webinars, training and practical scenario-based learning.
